This manual is designed to help customers quickly understand and get started with xCurrency’s products and services. Based on your business needs, you may choose the most suitable product type and implementation approach—either configuring and operating via the SaaS management portal, or integrating your systems through APIs. This manual provides clear feature descriptions, user guidance, and integration references to help you complete onboarding efficiently and launch your operations smoothly.

The C2C personal remittance product supports individuals remitting funds to Mainland China to their own account or to accounts of their immediate family members. Coverage includes nearly all bank card accounts in Mainland China. Person-to-person payments between non-family members are considered transactional payments and therefore do not fall under the C2C scenario.

B2B Services/Goods
xCurrency Hubs supports RMB cross-border payments for B2B goods trade scenarios, enabling overseas buyers to make compliant trade payments to suppliers in Mainland China. Payments can be remitted in RMB to corporate accounts or to authorized personal accounts, meeting diverse trade settlement needs.

B2C Payroll
The B2C cross-border payroll product supports overseas employers paying salaries in RMB to employees in Mainland China, with funds credited in real time to the employee’s designated same-name RMB account. Settlement is based on real-time exchange rates, helping avoid FX losses caused by multi-currency conversions and supporting a variety of payroll use cases.

RMB Collection (Pay-in)
The RMB collection (pay-in) service enables overseas enterprises or individuals to collect RMB funds in compliance and settle directly to a designated account in Mainland China. 3.1 SaaS Portal (Merchant Portal)
A one-stop, visual management platform that supports top-ups, FX conversion, batch transfers, transaction enquiries, and customer management—enabling you to easily use and centrally manage all of our products and services.

3.1.2 Merchant Portal Pages & Key Features
In Wallet → Balance, you can view your wallet balance and create top-up and FX conversion requests.
In Batch Transfers, you can select the relevant business product, upload the corresponding template file, and create transfer orders in bulk.
Under Transfer Transactions for the relevant remittance transaction type, you can view your transaction order history and records.
In My Customers → Profile Management, you can add, view, and manage customer profiles.
3.2 Global Payout API
Use our one-stop, integrated payment APIs to expand your business into China. All core capabilities are exposed via APIs, allowing you to automate business processing within your own system without operating the portal manually. Regardless of which xCurrency business product you use, you only need to integrate with one unified API suite.
3.2.1 Integration Preparation
Before you begin integrating, please review the key information about our APIs.

The Developer Guide introduces our API specifications, request header format, and signature method. It also provides Postman Collections for quick API testing. Before integration, please ensure the request format and signature method are implemented correctly and validated.

3.2.3 Test Cases & Request Examples
Once you have completed the integration of the required APIs and finished end-to-end testing, you will need to complete the test case sheet for the corresponding business scenario. After submission, we can proceed to production onboarding.
